I chose a field in Kinesiology because of my lifelong involvement and passion for sport. As a high-level gymnast competing for Team BC, I developed strength, resilience, and confidence that shaped who I am and inspired me to help others feel the same.

I’m most excited by helping people reach their goals, discover their potential, and build intentional habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. My approach is client-centered, ensuring sessions progress at the right pace while maintaining clear communication, shared goals, and a supportive environment. I strive to make movement fun, empowering, and accessible.

I’m “nerdy” about biomechanics, neuromuscular connections, and breath-driven movement to enhance body awareness and control. I’m currently expanding my hands-on skills to better understand how to find neuromuscular imbalances to improve muscle function and help reduce pain. Outside of work, I enjoy time in nature, playing sports, and creative outlets like cooking and painting.

My passion for fitness and nutrition began at a young age, spending countless hours in the gym as a competitive gymnast. Today, with more than a decade of experience teaching spin, boxing, strength training, and Pilates, I love helping people take charge of their health through movement, mindset, and sustainable habits.

I believe lasting change comes from building habits you can actually enjoy and maintain, not chasing quick fixes. Whether you’re looking to establish a consistent fitness routine, overcome a plateau, or create healthier daily habits, I’ll work with you to develop a plan that fits your goals and your lifestyle.

With a strong foundation in behaviour change science, I take a whole-person approach to coaching. Together, we’ll identify the barriers that may be holding you back, whether that’s inconsistent exercise, nutrition challenges, or a lack of motivation. My goal is to provide the guidance, support, and accountability you need to build lasting confidence and create meaningful change.

For me, success isn’t just about improving your fitness. It’s about helping you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered to make choices that support your health for years to come.

Growing up, I played nearly every sport I could. This sparked my interest in movement, performance, and how the body works. That curiosity led me to study Kinesiology and eventually work my way into the field of massage therapy.

Before becoming an RMT, I spent over five years working as a personal trainer. That experience gave me a strong background in movement and rehabilitation, and it continues to influence how I approach treatment today. I really enjoy working with active individuals and helping people navigate pain, move better, and return to the activities they love.

I tend to focus on treatments that incorporate deeper pressure and movement. I enjoy using techniques that combine deep tissue work with range of motion to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery. I also provide blended therapeutic and relaxation treatments designed to calm the nervous system and promote overall well being.

My goal in the treatment room is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where clients feel heard and supported. I take an individualized approach and enjoy working collaboratively with clients to find what works best for their body and their goals.

Outside of the clinic, I love spending time outdoors. I’m often training for my next endurance race, surfing with friends, hiking with my partner and our dog, or exploring new trails around Vancouver Island.

It is difficult to describe exactly why I love being a counsellor, and why I deeply value the safe space that counselling can provide. Yes, of course, there is the joy of supporting people to reach their treatment goals…whether it be recovery, relapse prevention planning, stepping out of challenging family dynamics, or learning to harness acting out behaviour. However outside of these goals, there is the pleasure in providing people with a safe space, free of judgment, where people can be unequivocally themselves, talking about whatever it is that they wish to talk about it.

As a clinician, I bring a relational, engaged and fluid dynamic to my practise. I have various clinical ‘tips and tricks’ that I use to ground my clinical work and treatment planning, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Alongside any modality that we wish to use, I prioritize the provision of safety, compassion and respect. Essentially, I am here to hold space for anything that you wish to explore!

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable taking risks. I value clear, direct communication and also recognize that not everyone processes language the same way—so I tailor my style to meet each person where they are.

I’m a bit “nerdy” about how speech habits, mindfulness, and self-regulation work together. I enjoy helping people notice their communication patterns, stay grounded in the moment, and respond with clarity and intention. I’m also passionate about literacy instruction as it lays the foundation for lifelong learning and is a meaningful way with which to connect to the world.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature, creating visually engaging resources, and exploring new places.

If you’re considering working together, I want you to know that I prioritize building genuine relationships—because meaningful progress starts with feeling safe, seen, and heard.

I was drawn to the field of naturopathic medicine by a deep curiosity about the body as a complex biological network—how it heals, adapts, and restores balance. I’m passionate about helping people truly thrive, not just get by. My approach combines evidence‑based treatments with integrative, patient‑centered care. What excites me most about my work is supporting patients as they regain energy, confidence, and a deeper connection to their health.

I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates physical, emotional, and mental health through the core foundations of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress regulation. When appropriate, I also incorporate injection therapies, personalized hormonal optimization, and IV therapy to promote lasting vitality.

I’m particularly passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and the regenerative potential of PRP, prolotherapy, and ultrasound‑guided treatments. Outside of my clinical practice, you can usually find me hiking with my dog, Rufus, practicing yoga, or exploring new travel destinations. Life has this special way of getting overwhelming, fast. Everyone that has walked this earth knows that challenges are par for the course – try and avoid them as we may, there they are. While we may not be able to escape the challenging realities of life, we can learn how to change our relationship with them. When we use some carefully applied mindfulness and resolve, we are able to see challenges for what they are; not mountains to be conquered, but reflections of life’s most important relationship: the relationship to the self. What is it like to be me? What path will I take? These are questions that only you can answer. In counselling it is my privilege to walk alongside you as we come to reconcile a life full of experiences.

I believe that counselling shouldn’t be complicated - it’s the simple process of getting to know yourself in a novel light, and making the conscious choice to approach old challenges in new ways. While there may be no “correct” step forwards in life, we can make sure that we approach our next steps with meaning and verve.

What makes your heart sing? I look forward to walking alongside you as we explore your life’s meaning. For me, my heart is full when I’m counselling. I feel lucky every day that I get to sit in my counselling chair. I do this work because learning about the human experience brings meaning to my life. What is your experience like?

I’ve had the opportunity to build my career working internationally, and I’m passionate about helping people stay active and return to the activities they love. My clinical interests include both pelvic health and working with athletes in high-performance sport.

While living in Dublin, I worked in the physiotherapy department at the Rotunda Maternity Hospital, where I supported individuals pre- and post-partum, babies, and patients with a range of gynecological concerns. That experience sparked a lasting interest in pelvic health and in helping people regain confidence and comfort in their bodies during important life transitions.

Alongside this work, I’ve spent much of my career involved in professional sport. I worked with the Irish National Team during international UEFA and FIFA competitions throughout Europe with the Football Association of Ireland. My involvement in rugby began during my time with Irish Club Rugby and eventually brought me back to Canada in 2013 to work with Rugby Canada. I served as the Head Physiotherapist and Medical Manager for Rugby Canada for seven years and have travelled extensively with the Canadian Men’s National Rugby 7’s and 15’s teams to Sevens World Series events, World Cups, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games, and Olympic qualifying events.

Having treated injuries both pitch side and in clinic, I focus on assessing injuries thoroughly and helping people move through rehabilitation so they can return to sport, work, and everyday life feeling strong and confident.

Bruce’s career started in 2006 after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. He was drawn to this profession through his lifelong love of sport. As a kid, he played as many sports as he could, and when he wasn’t playing an organized sport, he was off running through the neighboring forest, climbing trees, or exploring on his bike.

His vision became clear: to find work that would help support his desire to stay fit and healthy for life, sport and adventure. What better way to do this than pursue a career in this amazing profession and learn more about the miraculous workings of the human body.

Over the years his practice has evolved from a biomechanical model of pain to a biopsychosocial one. This approach looks at the complex interaction between the biological, psychological and social factors that underlay pain. It has led to a paradigm shift in how he thinks and feels about pain, and consequently how he treats patients with pain.

With this in mind, his goals for treatment have become clearly defined. The patient’s comfort is always paramount. He provides a safe and calming environment, and listens attentively to each individual’s story without judgment. Along with educating his patients, he uses a variety of techniques to try to decrease any perceived threat to the nervous system and utilize science-based best practices to treat the neurophysiology of pain. His patients always leave feeling like they’ve been worked on, without feeling like they’ve been worked over.

When Bruce isn’t treating patients, he can be found playing with his two young boys (aka the two terrors) and hanging out with his beautiful wife. And, when the universe allows it, he’ll be out running, mountain biking, and playing basketball.

I then dedicated the next five years to earning my Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine diploma. Since graduating, I have continued to pursue advanced training and professional development to refine my clinical skills and provide the highest quality care to my patients.

As a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I utilize acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and individualized herbal formulas to help patients achieve their health goals. My practice has a strong focus on pain management, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, autoimmune disorders, and chronic illness.

Every treatment plan is individualized, combining evidence-informed practice with traditional Chinese medicine to address both symptoms and underlying patterns of dysfunction.

My journey through injury recovery, and the immense benefits I experienced working with a massage therapist, inspired me to leave a successful career in Mental Health to become an RMT.

I find profound gratification in supporting people from diverse backgrounds to prevent and recover from injuries, manage pain, and take an active role in their own health. I love solving problems together, continually learning and applying new skills, and seeing clients experience meaningful, lasting progress.

My approach to care begins with respecting each client’s individuality. I listen closely to their goals and concerns, pay careful attention to the body’s feedback, and tailor treatment accordingly. I endeavour to support my clients with realistic, relevant strategies that promote long‑term health, resilience, and performance.

Originally from New Zealand, I first came to Canada in 2007 to live & travel on a working holiday visa. Now with dual citizenship, I consider myself a Caniwi. I have always had a passion for connecting with and helping people, which eventually drew me to the massage therapy profession in 2017.

One of my strongest attributes as a practitioner, gained from my work, life and travel experience, is to be able to connect, relate to and respect all diversities. I’m a strong advocate in the therapeutic relationship between therapist and patient, and I understand that interpersonal contact, trust and communication is vital to the healing process.

My approach to well-being is based on the biopsychosocial model; I believe in the mental and physical health interconnection and incorporating mind/body connection into my treatments, which includes nervous system relaxation and mindfulness. With this in mind, and guided by my extensive knowledge in massage therapy, I support and encourage patients to also manage their treatment needs.

I enjoy treating all people and conditions; chronic pain or illness, athletic or accident injuries, post-surgery, pregnancy, stress, anxiety and/or depression. I also encourage self-care maintenance to assist in prevention of pain and to support well-being. My main modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release and myofascial release.

Outside of the clinic, I’m usually; with my puppy Whittaker, creating art through painting or photography, exploring the outdoors, traveling, weight training or spending time with friends.

I am very proud to have been born and raised in Bella Coola, BC where I played every sport possible and learned at an early age that I might be a bit injury-prone (my loving wife, also a physiotherapist, has diagnosed me as “sprainy”). Recovery from my many, many ailments led to an early interest in physical therapy and rehabilitation. I have since developed a passion for helping my patients navigate and overcome their fears around movement and achieving their activity goals. I love working with athletes and weekend warriors, kids and older adults and I have a particular interest in persistent pain.

I have recently been spent time working and shadowing in other areas of the musculoskeletal world such as the Royal Jubilee Pain Clinic. I also work as a Clinical Skills Assistant for a few courses per year with the UBC Masters of Physiotherapy program satellite site in Victoria.

When I am not in the clinic, I can be found baking with my daughter, walking a dog, going for (what some call) a run, or whining about my own basketball, sleeping or parenting injuries.

I know what it’s like to compete at a high level, and I also know what it takes to recover from injury and build yourself back up. While rowing at Michigan State University, I helped the Spartans win a Big Ten Championship and achieve a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Division I National Rowing Championships. During that time, I also worked as a personal trainer, helping people reach their fitness goals.

My clinical interests include pain, hypermobility, and helping people with conditions such as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. I’m passionate about helping people better understand their pain and develop the confidence and skills to manage it.

I’ve completed Schroth 3-Dimensional Exercise Therapy for Scoliosis and Kyphosis. While Schroth is particularly effective for children and adolescents with scoliosis who are still growing, I also enjoy working with adults and tailoring rehabilitation plans to their individual goals.

I believe in an active approach to rehabilitation that builds resilience for the long term. I’ve completed additional training in Stott Pilates and Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation, along with numerous courses in movement assessment. I enjoy helping people better understand how they move and teaching them strategies to manage their pain and support their recovery.

My additional training includes Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS dry needling), manual therapy, strength training, core rehabilitation, bone health, post-viral fatigue conditions, chronic pain, mindfulness, and Tai Chi.

In 2021, I was honoured to receive the Peter Huijbregts Memorial Award from the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia in recognition of my positive contributions to the community.

I’m committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence so I can combine research with an approach that’s tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and what works best for you.

Starting counselling can feel like a big step, so my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable as possible. I believe that meaningful change often begins within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are.

My approach to counselling is emotion-focused, acceptance-based and trauma-informed. I work in a relational and integrated way, drawing from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. I bring warmth, empathy, and at times a bit of humour into the counselling space to help foster ease even when discussing difficult topics.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life, so I strive to meet you where you’re at, and honour the strengths and wisdom you bring to the space. Together, we can make sense of emotional experiences, deepen self-understanding, explore challenges, and build tools so you feel empowered to make meaningful change.

Growing up in Nova Scotia, I discovered my passion for exercise through hockey. It was my first personal trainer who inspired me to pursue a career in kinesiology. After playing hockey for 13 years, my career came to an end in Junior A following multiple concussions in a single season.

My own experience with concussion shaped my interest in rehabilitation and recovery. It also inspired my first academic research, which explored the factors that influence mental health during recovery from sport-related concussion.

My approach to exercise is evidence-based and focused on helping you build a sustainable routine that addresses the root cause of your symptoms and supports a safe return to the activities that matter most to you.

Over the past five years, I’ve developed individualized exercise programs for people recovering from acute injuries, managing chronic pain, rehabilitating from concussion, and looking for guidance with exercise programming. No matter where you’re starting from, my goal is to help you move with greater confidence and build lasting habits that support your long-term health.

One of my very favourite questions to answer is: “what exactly is an occupational therapist?” I’ve been an OT for almost 10 years, and I love sharing the news about the myriad of ways that OTs can help support people of any age to participate in their daily activities and live more meaningful lives.

I began my working journey with plans to enter a career in education. However, I soon realized that I was constantly drawn to more personal, one-on-one interactions, where a deeper understanding between client and clinician is formed and where growth feels more tangible. I love collaborating with my clients to find real-life solutions that work for them, as I believe people are experts in their own care. I’m also passionate about working with children to foster increased independence at home and at school, and to empower families to reach their goals.

I always aim to mix my caring, compassionate approach with evidence-based treatment, and to stay open and curious about what the research shows.

Ben Stebbins has earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s of Science degree in Sports Medicine, with the ambition of helping people to get out (and stay out!) of pain. He aspires to make his patients stronger and more resilient so they can get back to the activities they love.

He is not your traditional Chiropractor, he is one of those “New Age Chiropractors” that his clinical resident group was so appreciatively deemed by one of their happy patients. He respects the history and roots of his profession, but truly believes that Movement is Medicine, and that no patient is the same. So, they should not all receive the same “cookie cutter” approach to treatment. He uses the skills he has mastered in school, combined with extensive seminars and continuing education in rehabilitation, movement mastery and sports performance to individualize each patients’ path to improved health. Ben has been involved in the sporting world his entire life, focusing on lacrosse for the majority of his career. After figuring out he wasn’t any good anymore and fighting with injuries and pain, he wanted to be able to help other athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone else who wanted to avoid or recover from injury. His obsession with strength, health, and human performance became his new career path.

While working with the Canadian Forces his skills and enthusiasm for the profession grew; he developed a greater appreciation for the necessity of quality rehabilitation and functional assessment. These experiences were key in inspiring an evolution in Ben’s Chiropractic philosophy; and led him towards a more holistic and thorough approach.

Born and raised in Victoria, he has come home to provide his services to anyone looking to not only get out of pain, but also to increase their ability to do the activities they love. Whether it is picking up your grandchild or preparing for your upcoming season, it’s Ben’s goal to combine his extensive education and clinical background to maximize the goals of everyone he serves. In his spare time, Ben likes to engage in a number of extra-curricular activities and volunteer work such as offering his services at various sporting events, acting as the Vice President of the UWS Rehab 2 Performance Club, and attending various educational seminars on anything from rehabilitation to pain science to athletic development, and beyond.

Curtis has always enjoyed helping people, which made his journey to a career in Physiotherapy a natural fit. Practicing since 2012, his journey started at the University of Victoria in 2004 studying kinesiology (the science of human movement and exercise). This began his thirst to understand all aspects of the human body, especially movement. He finally attained his goal of becoming a physiotherapist graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2012, he has been practicing in Victoria since. Curtis has a bottomless appetite for learning and growing professionally; to this end he has taken courses in manual and manipulative therapy, IMS/dry needling, vestibular and neurological rehabilitation, as well as chronic pain seminars. Having worked in private practice, pain management, head injury programs, and in a neuro-rehabilitation clinic, Curtis works with all types of clients. Sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders are all within Curtis’ area of expertise. While he maintains a diverse interest in treating all types of conditions, Curtis particularly enjoys focusing on spinal pain, headaches, hip, knee and ankle conditions, sports injuries, temporomandibular dysfunction, chronic pain, diabetes-related conditions, vestibular disorders, stroke and spinal cord injuries.

Inspired and enthused by an approach that focuses on providing his clients with the best care Curtis completed a Transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy, which focuses on evidence based practice in the clinical science of physiotherapy.

Curtis was naturally drawn to Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre based on the clinic’s orientation to excellence, fun, and positively changing the landscape of healthcare on Vancouver Island and in BC. He is very excited to be working with like-minded professionals dedicated to making a positive difference to their patients, community, and profession.

When not engrossed in the latest rehabilitation science publication, Curtis loves spending time with his family and friends travelling around BC and the west coast finding adventures involving the beach and mountains. Having grown-up in northern BC and the Yukon he relishes any chance to play in the snow, and has maintained a love for board sports, basketball, photography and anything involving creative movement.

I’ve had the opportunity to continue my education after my initial Physiotherapy Masters degree at UBC in 2016 and complete a Doctorate through the United States which has helped by widely expand my working clinical knowledge. This doctorate was likely my most meaningful education to date and covered the global body, a wide range of conditions, as well as advanced treatment methods. Following this, I’ve enjoyed specialization courses for Vestibular and Concussion management.

Initially as a Physio I worked briefly in Vancouver within a Neurological and Spinal Cord injury field. Since then, I have enjoyed being back in Victoria with this being my 10th year treating a variety of Musculoskeletal injuries as well as remaining in the neurological field within Concussion and Vestibular rehabilitation at Tall Tree.

The experience of treating a wide variety of ages and medical conditions I value professionally. A broad population base, treatment methods, and cognitive stimulus helps keep me engaged, cognitively stimulated, and promotes me staying sharp and up to date with a wide range of medical evidence. I enjoy the analysis and complexity of assessment and working as a team to solve the issue, often referring to this as solving a puzzle.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. We’re always active and trying at this stage of life to learn new skills, new sports, and transition that knowledge and development to my kids. You’ll always find us either with a ball, on wheels, at a park, or at a beach. This is also why I’m usually right there with you, rehabilitating my own injuries too!

I am a physiotherapist who can help you move with ease, build strength, and return to the activities that matter most. I can work with you towards achieving your goals. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to stay active as life evolves. I support your long-term function and confidence by providing hands-on manual therapy and personalized exercises rooted in evidence-based care.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. My eagerness to grow my skills led to working in private clinics, hospitals, and chronic disease management programming. My experience spans post-surgical care, motor vehicle accident recovery, muscle and bone injuries, and sports/dance rehab. I have additional certifications in manual therapy (AIM Level 1), Fitness & Mobility for Older Adults, and BC Sports Aid Program. A common thread throughout these experiences is the understanding that our physical health impacts every aspect of our lives, and that everyone deserves the support needed to lead an active and fulfilling life

When not at work, you’ll often find me cycling, hiking, swimming, and taking dance classes. I am always up for travel recommendations, ask me about my time working in Haida Gwaii!

Growing up in Nanaimo, movement has always been a big part of my life. Whether I was playing soccer or basketball, lifting weights in the gym, or spending time outdoors, staying active sparked an early passion for movement and health. That passion led me to the University of Victoria, where I completed a degree in Kinesiology and built a strong foundation in human movement and exercise.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, I spent several years working in community care with Island Health, helping people build strength, improve their mobility, and move with greater confidence. I then went on to earn my Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

Throughout my training, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients across orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, elder care, and private practice. I also completed my AIM Level 1 certification in manual therapy and am committed to continuing my education in manual therapy, IMS, and athletic performance.

I believe the best outcomes come from working together. I take a patient-centred approach to care, collaborating with you to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, daily routine, and lifestyle. Whether you’re returning to sport after an injury, working toward a new personal best in the gym, or simply looking to move through your day with less pain, my goal is to help you move with confidence and get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me playing sports, hiking, lifting weights, or exploring Victoria’s incredible food scene.

I’m a registered psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and I’ve been working in clinical practice for over a decade. I specialize in evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for OCD and anxiety disorders, with a particular passion for supporting people navigating OCD and those in the perinatal period.

In addition to my private practice, I’m a Clinical Instructor in the Faculty of Medicine at University of British Columbia and a psychologist at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Being involved in teaching and specialized clinic work helps me stay current and connected to the latest research and treatment approaches.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership: you’re the expert on your own experience, and I bring expertise in evidence-based strategies that can help. I aim to create a space that feels supportive and practical — somewhere you can feel understood while we work together to make meaningful, lasting change.

I chose a career in massage therapy because I wanted to help people who struggle with chronic pain, anxiety, and stress. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward improved health and well-being, and I find it rewarding to help them feel more comfortable, capable, and confident in their daily lives.

Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is at the core of my practice. I believe that trust, comfort, and open communication are essential to effective treatment, and I strive to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my profession is seeing clients experience the benefits of massage therapy and return to doing the activities they enjoy most. Whether that means getting back to work, sports, hobbies, or simply feeling better day to day, I enjoy helping people move toward their goals and improve their quality of life.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my young daughter, connecting with nature, hiking, swimming, and exploring everything the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria area have to offer. I value an active lifestyle and appreciate the important connection between movement, nature, and overall health.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your health and wellness goals by helping you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you enjoy.

I absolutely love being a physiotherapist because I get to help people live their lives with comfort, confidence and joy. I am so proud to be a physiotherapist because our profession has been ahead of the medical game for decades: from advances in research showing exercise is medicine, to looking at every aspect of our lifestyles and how it affects our health, the scope that we can help people improve their health is so fulfilling. I truly feel like I am equipped to help all my clients in multiple aspects of their health and lifestyle. My approach to care involves listening to you, your experiences and your goals. Your experience in your body is unique and my goal is to help coach and support you through recovery.

I offer my expert opinion and what is relevant and based in new research and medicine, and you tell me what works with your lifestyle, injury and goals. Together we make the best team! I will push you when you need, and also be a listening ear and safe space for support when recovery gets tough. I am really nerdy about all things health, exercise and understanding how all body systems work together. Outside of work, you can find me riding my bike, lifting some weights, and chasing after my toddler and dog. Once everyone is asleep, I love to open up a good fiction or non fiction book. My goal is to read 30 books a year!

I bring a wealth of firsthand experience garnered over years of elite athletic competition and professional engagement. For the better part of a decade, I was a Team Canada Athlete playing Rugby 7’s and also spent a year in the NFL. I retired in 2021 from sports and began my journey into the world of movement and exercise. From my early years as a young athlete, all the way through my professional career, I’ve been fortunate enough to observe and be surrounded by some of the best support staff this industry has to offer.

Having endured my fair share of injuries, both minor and major, I intimately comprehend the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation. It can be hard, time consuming, and rarely is a linear path. It’s a real test of our mental and emotional fortitude, and requires a deep commitment to yourself to overcome in a positive way. This is where the core of my methodology lies in how I coach. I prioritize establishing

meaningful relationships and connections so this process becomes a journey that we go on together. We set the intentions for our commitment to ourselves, set the expectations for how to best approach daily recovery habits and training, and rebuild ourselves stronger than we were prior to being injured.

With my blend of practical expertise, empathetic understanding, and a relentless commitment to providing you with the best care, I am confident we can achieve our goals and emerge stronger than ever.
